The pos hardware warranty means: in the period, any cards get failure if it is not by manual or not technical issue, the bad cards will be repaired free of ge.
1. The standard warranty for the whole machine is 13*month.13* month warranty
2.1*months is for the transportation your sales, 12*months is for your end customers.

What can we do if the hardware gets failure in warranty without local support?
1.We recommend you order several spare parts or 1*pcs whole machine as backup system.
2.All the problems can be solved by cards or cable replacement under our technical engineer guide.
