Three RFID Common frequencies-125K 13.56M 433M hz and their compaliance standards

In the RF field, the electromagnetic wave frequency divided into six parts. RFID major work in three frequency bands: low frequency (30 to 300kHz), high frequency (30MHz) and UHF (300MHz ~ 3GHz). Common operating frequency of RFID is: low frequency 125kHz and 134.2kHz, the high frequency 13.56MHz, UHF the 433Mhz to 860MHz ~ 930MHz, 2.45GHz and so on.

1.Low Frequency RFID is mainly used in short-range, low-cost applications, such as access control, campus card, gas meters, water meters and so on. Compliance with international standards:
a) The ISO 11784 RFID coding structure
b) The ISO 11785 RFID technology theory
c) ISO 14223-1 RFID air interface
d) The ISO 14223-2 of RFID protocol definition
e) The ISO 18000-2 defines the physical layer, anti-collision and protocol of the low-frequency
f) The DIN 30 745 standard European definition of waste management applications

2.High frequency system is used for applications that need to send large aRFID low frequency application gift RF ID cardmounts of data.Compliance with international standards:
a) ISO / IEC 14443 nearly coupling IC card, the maximum read range of 10cm
b) The ISO / IEC 15693 sparse coupling IC card, the maximum read distance of 1m
c) of the ISO / IEC 18000-3 standard defines the physical layer of a 13.56MHz system, anti-collision algorithms and communication protocols
d) The 13.56MHz the ISM Band Class 1 defined interface definition in line with the EPC 13.56MHz

3. UHF is used for the applications where it need longer to read and write distance and high read and write speeds of occasions, channel systems such as train monitoring, highway toll, conferences, etc.system, but its cost is higher. Ulra high frequency RFID products are usually used in the management of the supply chain, Wal-Mart, Metro, Gillette, Procter & Gamble and other companies use it to improve the management system of innovative means. Compliance with international standards:
a) ISO / IEC 18000-6 defines the physical layer and communication protocol UHF; air interface defines the Type A and Type B; readable and write operations.
b) the EPCglobal defines the encoded structure of electronic goods and VHF air interface and communication protocol. For example: Class 0, Class 1, UHF Gen 2.
c) Ubiquitous ID of the Japanese organization, defines the UID coding structure and communication protocol.

And now in restaurant pos system, Low frequency 125K hz and High frequency 13.56M hz is most popular.
